In this cooking class, I cover all cuisines, with an emphasis on Indian recipes and experimenting with ingredients.

Classes are offered twice a week - Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am - 12 pm and 6-8 pm

Skills transfer, and if we recognize that ingredients are to food what colors are to art, we find that there’s always new approaches to creating the flavors we know and love, even if the ingredients don’t often seem like they offer the potential for it to be so.

After all, they made an entire show proving it worked - Chopped! Don’t take that literally, I’m not saying everything on Chopped is the best dish in the world hahaha

Most importantly, we want you to have a good time! Cooking is therapeutic when it’s allowed to be free, and we want you to always make a dish your own. Talk with one another, tweak the ingredients here and there if you like, whatever. Never feel like there’s rules that restrict you from the most important thing - having a good time and building a community while at it :)

The only real rule is, if you make a mess, we request you please clean it up so we don’t have to later lmao
